ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our rapidly growing Frontier Systems business line in Costa Mesa, CA or Washington DC. This TPM will serve as a critical and trusted extension of our Analysis Team on one of Anduril's most crucial programs of the coming years.
This role is paramount to ensuring cohesive technical execution and robust communication across a wide-spanning, strategic DoD program that integrates capabilities from multiple internal business lines across multiple technically challenging activities. Their primary responsibility is to be ubiquitous, observing technical progress, identifying inter-activity dependencies and communication gaps, and synthesizing this information into actionable insights for senior technical leadership. This is a highly mobile, deeply technical, and exceptionally communicative role, demanding a fundamental understanding of complex engineering challenges without direct ownership of technical design or engineering risk.
