Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Technical Program Manager - Global Architecture to support a top enterprise client undergoing rapid global scale. This role sits at the intersection of technology, architecture, and business strategy, driving complex, cross-functional programs that enable innovation and operational excellence. Skills and Requirements 4+ years experience in technology program or project management Scrum experience Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional, global programs Experience leading portfolio management capabilities, including: Capacity management Dependency management Resource management Annual planning processes Budget Ability to excel in ambiguous environments with minimal guidance Proficiency with tools such as: Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow Familiarity with AI / GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, LLMs Experience in retail, preferably within architecture or IT operations Experience with sharepoint, teams, Linux, strategic portfolio management and Miro
