Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor"s degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
1 year of experience in program management.
Experience with Radio Frequency (RF) or antenna testing and characterization using lab equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, or signal generators).
Experience in software development using C/C++, Python, and SQL for automation or robotics control.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You"re equally comfortable explaining your team"s analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
Product Integrity Engineering organization is committed to build and ship safe and reliable products that meet carrier standards and satisfy consumers. Carrier Testing and Certification team plays a key role in achieving this goal by ensuring Pixel product quality, certifying wireless devices for global carriers, and maintaining trust and in-depth collaboration with carrier partners.
As a Technical Program Manager for Carrier RF OTA System, you will leverage your expertise in Radio Frequency (RF) debugging and testing across technologies like 4G (LTE), 5G (NR), Wi-Fi, and GNSS. You will be directly involved in cross-functional team collaboration and facilitate carrier lab operations. You will develop and execute test plans, deliver US carrier reports, and maintain key carrier relationships to ensure Pixel and Wearable devices meet Google's high quality and performance standards throughout their lifecycle.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $116000 - $166000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
