Position: Technical Program Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA Hybrid
Contract duration: 12+ months
Pay Range: $74-105 on hourly basis
Project Overview:
Key responsibilities include:
Independently authoring program charters addressing scope, timeline, OKRs, resourcing, and risks/dependencies.
Building trusted relationships with program stakeholders and managing escalations.
Triaging technical issues and assessing the impact of technical escalations across teams.
Designing and delivering predictable program communication plans targeted by stakeholder type.
Executing change management requirements, including rollout plans and impact analysis.
Maintaining project trackers and status reports while identifying and executing program tasks.
Defining program governance structures for mitigations, postmortems, and escalations.
Top Skills:
Program Management Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in planning, execution, and governance within a technical environment.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to build trusted relationships and manage expectations of cross-functional stakeholders.
Organizational Change Management: Experience in developing and monitoring change management rollout plans.
Technical Judgment: Proficiency in making technical assessments and triaging complex technical issues.
Environmental Subject Matter Expertise (Preferred): Experience in environmental-related program management, particularly within an emissions portfolio.
Education
Minimum Bachelors in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Geology, Biology, Meteorology, or related fields;
Years of Experience
Minimum Qualification: 2 years of experience in program management.
