As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Youre equally comfortable explaining your teams analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

    The AI and Data Infrastructure teams goal is to build, manage and improve the underlying systems used across Sales, Support, and Marketing Platforms within Customer Engagement (Google Ads). We enable and empower other teams to achieve more than would be possible without our infrastructure.

    As a Technical Program Manager on the AI and Data Infrastructure (ADI) team, you will lead complex and exciting AI and Data Infra programs that impact Google Ads and many Google Product Areas. You will work with cross-functional team members from Product Management, Engineering, and UX/UXR to stay on the of AI and Data technology, execute on end-to-end programs from initiation to post-launch, and contribute to team roadmaps and strategy.

    Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

    US: $163000 - $236000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

    Responsibilities

    • Own and drive the completion of interdependent programs across multiple teams/partnerships on behalf of the ADI team.

    • Partner with key stakeholders across Ads and GBO to implement and tailor Google/Ads-wide strategic programs/initiatives to meet the unique needs and mission of the ADI team.

    • Stay on the edge of AI and data across Google and the broader industry. Attend conferences (both internal and external) to gather knowledge and share learnings with the team.

    • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies. Develop and execute effective escalation strategies to ensure swift resolution of roadblocks.

    • Create comprehensive program charters, timelines and milestones, and contingency plans to ensure all programs goals are delivered on-time and within scope.
