Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program-level strategic planning, software development lifecycle, and cross-functional delivery and a proven ability to deliver complex programs within scope, quality, time, and budget while managing risk and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver programs within scope, quality, time, and budget under moderate risk conditions.
  • Lead program-level strategic planning and partner with executive leadership to drive outcomes.
  • Resolve complex issues, communicate clearly, and foster effective team dynamics.
  • Manage internal exempt, matrixed employees, and contractors to deliver systems and enhancements.
  • Oversee scope definition, requirements, estimates, schedules, budgets, status, issues, risks, contingency plans, and stakeholder communications.
  • Track and maintain progress reports across projects with timely follow-ups to ensure accountability.
  • Escalate unresolved delays or blockers to appropriate teams or leadership to maintain momentum.
  • Develop and manage detailed launch plans, track bugs and feedback, and drive closure with cross-functional partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years across software/technical roles and technical program management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven delivery of complex programs with multiple partners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand and review code in Python and JavaScript; familiarity with architecture and design.
  • Experience delivering technology and business applications in large-scale, multi-platform environments.
  • Hands-on experience with the software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to operate with flexibility and sound judgment in changing environments and manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to learn business processes quickly and collaborate across organizational levels.
  • Strong risk assessment and application of management principles to technology products and business functions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude and ability to leverage them in delivery workflows.
  • 10+ years of total relevant experience.
