Job Overview:
A Technical Program Manager (TPM) is a specialized role focused on driving the execution of complex technical programs and projects. TPMs leverage their technical expertise, program leadership, and strategic influence to proactively identify and solve problems, drive alignment across cross-functional teams (XFNs), and increase execution efficiency and communications. This role is especially valuable for programs that are highly cross-functional, technically complex, or have many dependencies across teams. TPMs often collaborate closely with engineering, product, and legal teams to ensure successful outcomes, particularly in areas like privacy, compliance, and data governance relevant to eDiscovery and Information Governance teams.

Responsibilities:

• Define the right scope, goals, and metrics for projects and programs.
• Build alignment between teams and coordinate dependencies.
• Identify risks early and work to reduce surprises.
• Keep stakeholders informed and ensure transparency.
• Track progress, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery.
• Enhance process structures to support project teams.
• Advocate for quality in technical design and system architectures.
• Influence team culture for higher product quality.

• Proven experience in technical program management.
• Strong technical expertise and ability to advocate for quality in system architectures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and legal.
• Knowledge of privacy, compliance, and data governance.
