In this role, youll own end-to-end program scoping-including multidisciplinary engineering integration, utility planning, and factory design/construction from concept through execution, ramp-up, and production readiness. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in technical program management, semiconductor facility engineering, multidisciplinary design leadership, value engineering, capacity modeling, and cross-functional execution for large-scale programs.

  • Program approval and funding through executive alignment and business case development.
  • Own the plan of record, scope definition, approval, strategy, and execution for on-site/off-site technical infrastructure programs by integrating, negotiating, and aligning with key stakeholders, including factory engineering, design teams, construction, procurement, finance, facilities, operations, and project customers.
  • Oversee all project phases: conceptual, detailed design, permitting, EPC execution, tool installation, IQOQPQ, and production qualification.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and changes using tools like Primavera P6 or EVM.
  • Coordinate large cross-functional teams, vendors, contractors, and regulators for seamless delivery.
  • Communicate progress to C-suite, resolve technical issues, and scale for future nodes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 10 years in program/project management, including 5 years in semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing.
  • Proven track record leading >$100M capex projects with EPC experience.
  • Certifications: PMP or equivalent, strong in risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder alignment (preferred).
  • Technical foundation in fab processes: litho, etch, dep, and infrastructure (cleanrooms, HVAC, ultrapure systems).
