The Technical Program Manager (TPM) supports OEM engine and GSE programs by providing technical expertise to internal teams and customers.
- Develops and maintains GSE tooling lists tailored to customer needs using specialized databases and experience.
- Reviews OEM design changes, ensures tool configuration accuracy, and acts as the main interface with OEM engineering teams.
- Resolves technical questions related to GSE and tooling, ensuring proper usage, maintenance, and storage aligned with OEM standards.
- Supports sales, service, and quality efforts to enhance customer experience and leads timely resolution of technical issues.
- Contributes to certification and cost automation processes and may travel up to 10% for customer and OEM support.
Qualifications include: extensive GSE and tooling knowledge, 4+ years of experience or technical degree, strong project management and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with OEM documentation and ERP systems.
