A degree in a non-technical field may be considered if paired with substantial directly relevant technical operations experience.Experience as a primary point of contact for contractor's tasking, including ability to direct a multi-disciplined team of technical experts, manage staffing and resources, develop cost and schedule estimates, provide metrics, and prepare budget and status reportsExperience supporting Air Force, Joint Base, or National Capital Region customers.Experience supporting secure facilities, classified environments, or mission-critical Government operations.Experience with subcontractor oversight and vendor coordination.CompTIA Security+ certification requiredProject Management Professional (PMP) certification from Project Management Institute requiredCurrent active Secret Clearance requiredCCNA, CCNP, CISSP, MCSE, or similar certification desired SierTeK is an equal opportunity employer.
