Technical Program Manager / Product Operations Manager

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager / Product Operations Manager

This role involves supporting our Product Management organization by serving as the central point of coordination across multiple product teams. The individual will drive visibility, alignment, and execution for platform-wide initiatives, overseeing multiple concurrent workstreams to ensure efficient progress of product initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the operational hub for the Product Management organization, providing visibility across all active initiatives.
• Coordinate projects spanning multiple product and engineering teams.
• Track platform-wide initiatives, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate communication between Product Managers, Engineering, Architecture, and business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, project plans, timelines, and status reporting.
• Ensure leadership has clear visibility into priorities, blockers, and project health.
• Drive accountability across teams to keep initiatives moving forward.
• Identify process improvements that enhance execution and collaboration across product organizations.
• Coordinate meetings, planning sessions, and executive updates for strategic initiatives.
• Support product leadership by organizing work across multiple teams rather than owning a single product.

Requirements:

• 5 years of Technical Program Management, Product Operations, or Project Management experience supporting software product organizations.
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate work across Product Managers, Engineering teams, UX, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Experience building project plans, status reports, executive dashboards, and roadmaps.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving enterprise software environments.
