Job Title: Technical Program Manager / Project Manager (PMO Digital & Testing) Pay Rate: $64.28/hr W2 Duration: 5 Months (Possible Extension) Location: Wilmington, DE (Hybrid) Work Setup: ~40% Onsite (aligned with team schedule) Schedule: Standard business hours (occasional peaks during releases)

Job Summary The Technical Program Manager will support a high-visibility pilot by driving day-to-day coordination across multiple workstreams including Strategy, Activation, Technology, and Testing. This role ensures seamless execution across testing and release cycles, maintaining alignment, tracking dependencies, and acting as the single source of truth for project status, risks, and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as central point of contact across business, tech, and vendor teams
Coordinate across multiple workstreams and manage dependencies
Track assets through test and release gates (UAT Prod)
Maintain project trackers, status reports, and documentation
