\nPosition Description
\nThe Technical Program Manager (TPM) will lead the end-to-end execution of complex technical program or supporting project/workstream within Tata Electronics, serving as the primary bridge between product development, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and customer teams. This role is responsible for driving planning, execution, risk management, and operational readiness from concept through mass production, ensuring products are delivered on schedule, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
\nThe TPM will work cross-functionally with internal teams, customers, and ODM/OEM partners to align technical requirements with manufacturing capabilities, resolve program challenges, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical acumen, exceptional program management skills, and history of success in mechanics and FATP success enabling successful delivery of large-scale consumer electronics programs in a fast-paced environment.
\nThis position plays a critical role in scaling Tata Electronics' operations by establishing program governance, driving cross-functional accountability, managing key milestones and risks, and ensuring seamless collaboration across global stakeholders to support business growth and manufacturing excellence.
\nResponsibilities
\n• Lead the end-to-end execution of technical programs related to high-performance electronics product, parts, components, and modules.
\n• Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure seamless program execution.
\n• Define program roadmaps, set clear goals, and drive key milestones from concept to mass production.
\n• Drive alignment between product design and manufacturing capabilities.
\n• Partner with Client technical teams, factory teams and original design manufacturer (ODM) partners to ramp up production and resolve technical issues.
\n• Identify program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
\n• Utilize data-driven decision-making to optimize processes, improve quality, and enhance operational efficiency.
\n• Represent operations in discussions with product design teams, influencing product architecture for optimal manufacturability, scalability, and cost.
\n• Establish best practices and standardized processes to drive continuous improvement across programs.
\n• Lead technical reviews, manage escalations, and communicate project status to executive leadership.

\nQualifications
\n• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field).
\n• Master’s degree (MBA or M.S.) is a plus.
\nDesired Experience Level
\n• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, or supply chain management within the consumer electronics industry.
\n• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale technical programs from concept to production.
\n• Experience working with OEM/ODM partners and driving manufacturing process improvements.
\n• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and operational efficiencies in high-volume consumer electronics production.
\n• Hands-on experience in managing supply chain dynamics, logistics, and procurement.
\n• Experience in Data-driven manufacturing, automation, or Industry 4.0 technologies is a plus.
