A Senior Autonomy Engineer - Technical Program Manager owns delivery of vehicle-level autonomous machine programs. They lead a team of autonomy engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver multi-generational autonomous strategies and solutions.

Program Leadership
Proven ability to lead complex technical programs involving multiple engineering disciplines.
Experience managing competing priorities across multiple simultaneous initiatives.
Strong understanding of project planning, estimation, resource management, and execution.
Communicating Complex Concepts:
Work with a global team to communicate the Why's and develop the How's of agreed features.
Clearly document system details and ensure understanding with each subsystem team.
Communicate tradeoffs and decisions with stakeholders at multiple levels.
Technical Excellence:
Proven ability to work on production products through design, implementation, customer rollout, and support.
Knowledge and experience with Autonomous Systems, preferably a Cat Command system such as Command for Hauling, Dozing, etc.
Effective Communications:
Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques
Effectively communicate ideas and program tradeoffs to team members and stakeholders
Clearly explains project goals to team members, keeps leadership informed of progress, and shares relevant updates with external partners
Uses data-driven arguments, active listening, and tailored messaging to persuade stakeholders and achieve consensus.
Education Requirements: Bachelors degree in an accredited Engineering or Computer Science curriculum

Summary Pay Range:
$112,710.00 - $183,140.00
