We are looking for an Associate Technical Program Manager to join our team.
The contractor will provide hands-on project and program management support across interconnected marketing measurement initiatives, with primary focus on LMS and LTS Blue Zone delivery. The contractor will turn evolving, complex work into clear project plans, maintain the cross-functional connective tissue across teams, and create the operating discipline needed to keep delivery moving. The contractor will partner closely with program leads to document decisions, clarify ownership, manage dependencies, and surface risks early so leaders have the space to focus on strategic direction and problem solving.
Core Responsibilities:
" Build and maintain integrated project plans for marketing measurement programs, including milestones, owners, dependencies, sequencing, and delivery dates.
" Maintain the cross-functional view of dependencies and required handoffs across Measurement, MMM, MA, MADO, GTM AI / Data Science, AP, Finance, and business stakeholders.
" Connect existing team-level and technical plans into a single view of overall BlueZone delivery.
" Drive cross-team follow-through so actions, open questions, and dependencies do not stall between meetings.
" Run the day-to-day project management mechanics: prepare agendas, capture decisions, assign owners, confirm commitments before meetings end, maintain trackers, timelines, and follow up persistently until actions close.
" Partner closely with the LTS and LMS program leads, asking the right questions, translating discussions into concrete actions, and keeping leads current on progress, risks, and required decisions.
" Build, rebuild, and maintain detailed project plans and roadmaps for LMS and LTS, including scope, phases, milestones, owners, dependencies, sequencing, decision points, and target dates.
" Create and maintain a central source of truth for program status, decisions, requirements, ownership, and next steps.
" Establish a lightweight stakeholder cadence with clear status updates, decision points, communications support, and escalation items.
Role Boundaries :
Existing technical program coordination within GTM AI / Data Science remains with those teams. This role owns the broader cross-functional delivery layer that connects technical work with Measurement, MMM, MA, AP, Finance, and business stakeholder dependencies.
Measurement leadership retains ownership of:
" Measurement strategy and methodology
" Material scope and measurement-design decisions
" Business interpretation and recommendations
" Executive and senior stakeholder alignment and leadership
" Final prioritization, trade-off, and strategic decisions
Technical teams and partners retain accountability for technical, data, modeling, and analytical deliverables.
The PM owns the connective tissue across these groups: clear ownership, managed dependencies, integrated timelines, cross-team follow-through, communications support, and early escalation of delivery risks.
Initial Success Criteria
Within the first phase of the engagement, the marketing measurement programs have:
" Usable integrated delivery plans
" Named owners and clear dependencies
" Clear milestones and decision points
" Active risk and issue tracking
" Dependable cross-functional operating cadence
" A single source of truth for status and decisions
Ultimate outcome: establish an explicitly owned cross-functional program management and coordination function across marketing measurement projects that connects existing technical program coordination with measurement and business delivery.
Basic Qualifications:
" 2 years of experience with project or program management leading complex, cross-functional programs.
" 2 years of experience in managing plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, requirements, and delivery timelines.
" 2 years of experience of driving alignment and execution across teams without direct authority.
Preferred Qualifications:
" Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
" Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, evolving environments.
" Experience with analytics, measurement, data science, marketing technology, or other data-intensive programs.
" Experience working across technical, analytical, business, and external partner teams.
" Familiarity with marketing measurement or marketing analytics. Deep MMM expertise is not required.
" Strong judgment around risk management, escalation, and cross-functional decision-making.
Suggested Skills:
" Cross-Functional Program Management
" Project Planning & Execution
" Stakeholder & Dependency Management
" Risk & Decision Management
" Marketing Measurement / Analytics
