Technical Program Manager - Tampa, FL - Contract - $85-95 Per HR
This role is based in Tampa, FL, and involves onsite work. As a contract position, the Technical Program Manager will lead and oversee program delivery in an Agile environment. The role focuses on aligning strategy with execution, utilizing generic technology platforms for planning and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Agile events and ceremonies.
- Manage program delivery, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee program-level risks, dependencies, and performance tracking.
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams.
- Optimize value flow through value stream management principles.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in technology delivery or program management.
- Proven experience with large-scale Agile programs or complex technology portfolios.
- Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, Lean, and SAFe frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency with project management and reporting tools.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills.
