Duration: 06+ Months with Possible Extension.
Pay Range: $60-$64/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (Tech PM) with 8 10 years of experience in managing enterprise software development and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Java/Spring Boot applications, program management, Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and IT roadmap planning. This role requires close collaboration with business, architecture, engineering, and product teams to deliver complex technology solutions.

Required Experience

• 8 10 years of experience in Technical Program Management, IT Project Management, or Technology Delivery.
• Experience managing enterprise software development projects.
• Strong understanding of Java/Spring Boot-based application development.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Management

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand business problems and gather functional and technical requirements.
• Perform cost-benefit analysis for in-house development versus third-party solutions.
• Develop project implementation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end program execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.

Stakeholder & Technical Coordination

• Identify stakeholders and establish RACI matrices across business, architecture, development, and operations teams.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and System Architects to develop High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs).
• Coordinate with Development Managers and Technical Leads throughout the software development lifecycle.

Roadmap & Planning

• Develop IT roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
• Support budget forecasting and funding approvals for technology initiatives.
• Prioritize features and releases in collaboration with Product Managers and Product Owners.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, and dependencies.

Risk & Governance

• Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and project health metrics.
• Prepare executive status reports and communication plans.
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance and delivery standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Coordinate implementation across enterprise platforms and integrated systems.
• Facilitate sprint planning, release planning, and stakeholder reviews.
