Lead end-to-end program delivery for Salesforce-based initiatives.
Drive planning, execution, risk management, and successful delivery of multiple workstreams.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to define program objectives and execution plans.
Manage project schedules, dependencies, budgets, and delivery milestones.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Support AI-driven initiatives and collaborate on Agentforce-related implementations where applicable.
Prepare executive presentations, status reports, steering committee decks, and program updates.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Program Manager.
Strong experience managing enterprise-scale technology delivery programs.
Solid Salesforce knowledge (Administrator, Platform, or ecosystem experience preferred).
Proven experience working with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
