Seeking a dual-role professional with IT software engineering or networking experience to manage a team of 20-25 across multiple projects and workstreams.
Responsibilities include driving product deliverables, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting products like WiFi, Ethernet, Fiber Optic, Managed Routers, Wholesale and Carrier Ethernet services, B2B connectivity, and Enterprise VPN.
Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, while coaching teams on Agile best practices.
Work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and roadblocks to ensure successful project execution.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, leadership skills, and expertise in Agile methodologies like Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban.
