Role: Technical Program Manager-TPM

Location: Minnetonka, Minnesota (Hybrid)

Duration: Fulltime

Job Description:

Primary Functions:

  • Proven experience in program management and development role (Business Programs not IT)
  • Previous hands-on experience with Accelerate
  • Experienced in fast-paced environments
  • Experienced leading cross-functional teams
  • Experiences in developing Executive Dashboards, Presentations, Proposals and Business Cases.
  • Well-versed in the trade-offs of various AWS cloud service usages and the scenarios where one is preferred over the other
  • Leads AWS cloud governance including process improvement initiatives, such as cloud customer onboarding, change management, configuration management, AWS self service solutions
  • Possesses high level understanding in the areas of Web /API, Cloud (AWS preferred), DevOps , and system design & good to have background Java / Microservices and related Java
  • Experience launching new projects from ideation to market ready (3+ Projects)
  • Program Management Experience in tools like Jira, Trella, Aha or Asana
  • Program Innovation Experience
  • KIC and researching competitive intelligence
  • Proven excellent familiarity with the Project Development Lifecycle
  • Proven excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with strategic thinking: analyze market data, create strategic/long range plans, interpret competitive intelligence & identify opportunities
  • Experience influencing and negotiating effectively with internal and external partners
  • Experience communicating/presenting to senior leadership

Qualifications

EDUCATION REQUIRED:
  • BE/MCA with 15+ years of experience with minimal 3-5 yrs. Technical Project Manager leading team size of 15+ team members with a demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, artifacts, and tools and excellent customer relationship management
  • Proven expertise in managing Programs in Insurance Domain using Agile Methodologies
  • Should have handled team of 30+ members
  • Should have expertise in managing Programs in Onsite Offshore Model
  • Strong Communication skills and people management skills
  • Strong expertise in Risk Management, Cost Management, Resource optimization, Data Analysis
  • Proven track record of the ability of managing expectations of the internal and external stakeholders
