    Introduction

    Join our team to lead and manage software quality assurance projects, ensuring that all technical aspects are meticulously planned and executed. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
    • Technical Program & Project Management expertise.
    • Specialist experience: 6 years in Automotive Software Development/Quality.
    • 3 years in Program Management, with expertise in Project Management.
    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
    • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Prior work experience in the client's industry.

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities

    • Design, build, and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
    • Lead requirement gathering and project scoping across multiple teams or business functions.
    • Monitor project progress and design recovery strategies if deviations occur.
    • Assemble and publish status reports for various audiences, including executives.
    • Design and deliver executive-level presentations for Product Lifecycle Management governance.
    • Conduct effective program-level meetings to communicate status and coordinate efforts.
    • Collaborate with peers, managers, and team members to solve problems and develop plans.
    • Develop test cycle plans, schedules, and timelines.
    • Define project scope by prioritizing features and managing product backlog.
    • Lead the creation of Test Epics for features as part of PI Planning preparation.
    • Participate in Scrum events and collaborate with the team.
    • Conduct retrospectives on completed projects for process improvements.
    • Manage hardware and software configuration, including defining test cycles and performing updates.
    • Act as the main point of contact for test organization and electrical program management teams.
    • Monitor and report progress of test project execution and manage incident lifecycle.
