Technical Project Coordinator Fire/BurgMadison, WI Department: Projects Supervisor: Account Manager Job Type: Full-time Primary Function: Complete project coordination duties including, but not limited, to scheduling and communicating with field installation/service technicians, ordering and tracking project materials, directing installation, maintenance, testing and repair of assorted fire and burglar systems, supporting internal projects personnel for various troubleshooting needs concerning systems operations, hardware and software and operator issues.Accountability: Reports to and receives direction from assigned Project Manager and Projects Department Lead. Regular Contacts: Personnel in all departments and customers, as directed.Position Specifications and Requirements:Familiarity with FireLite fire alarm systems, Ademco burglar systems, Genetec, DMP, Bosch and HoneywellFluency in card access systems, intrusion alarm systems, central station monitoring and energy monitoring systemsAssociate's degree or equivalent from a 2-year College or technical school; or minimum 2 years related field experienceKnowledge of local and national fire protection codesProficient troubleshooting skillsAbility to read, analyze and interpret job specific SOW schematics, line drawings, user materials, etc.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work as part of a teamGood organization and computer skills (Word processing, spreadsheets, database)#J-18808-Ljbffr
