Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to work in the Fort Wayne, IN area. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, paid holidays, vacation time, and paid time off.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to support the company’s strategic mission and initiative. Reporting with minimal supervision, this role is responsible for coordinating technical work activities, supporting field operations, and contributing to projects that improve electric system reliability and customer experience.
This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, vendors, and field personnel to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate work activities within the team and with contractors, vendors, and other internal or external stakeholders to resolve routine technical issues and support field operations.
  • Perform a variety of technical assignments requiring analytical thinking, problem-solving, and sound technical judgment.
  • Participate in the planning, scheduling, and organization of outage and project-related work.
  • Contribute to team decision-making, collaboration, and consensus building.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to less experienced employees as needed.
  • Promote safe work practices while supporting reliable, efficient, and cost-effective electric service.
  • Identify opportunities to protect and enhance the environment while meeting operational objectives.
  • Apply knowledge of company policies, general terms and conditions, and contract administration to support project execution and resolve technical challenges.
  • Maintain a strong customer-focused approach by understanding and responding to the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university, or
  • Associate's degree in a technical field plus three (3) years of experience in design, operations, planning, construction, or maintenance of systems and/or equipment.
Experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience performing technical work, coordinating projects, or supporting activities requiring technical knowledge and analytical problem-solving.

  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Work Environment
  • Sedentary office-based position with periodic field visits.
  • Approximately 20–30% travel within the Fort Wayne District (typically two days per week).
  • No overnight travel required.
  • Mileage-related expenses, including fuel and rental vehicles, will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
