Job Description

We are seeking an IT Project Manager III to drive enterprise voice change and deployment efforts for the HELM program focused on vulnerability remediation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technology delivery, change management, and telecom/voice technologies and a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional resources, manage schedules and milestones, and deliver compliant implementations.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate implementations, upgrades, conversions, and recovery using enterprise change tools and guidelines.
  • Manage resources across lines of business in a matrix environment to meet scope, schedule, and quality targets.
  • Balance soft skills and technical requirements to drive milestone delivery for technical solutions.
  • Identify risks and issues early, implement mitigations, and maintain momentum across concurrent projects.
  • Present concise progress updates, issues, and solution options to stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Define problems, evaluate alternatives, and plan effective solutions aligned to stakeholder objectives.
  • Set and manage expectations with management, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Reprioritize and reallocate resources as priorities shift to optimize delivery across competing efforts.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to achieve project outcomes.
  • Maintain systems of record and update inventory details accurately.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of telecom deliverables, including Cisco voice technologies.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills with experience presenting to senior leaders.
  • Adaptive learning capability to adopt new systems and processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, and Teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience spanning technology delivery, governance, change management, and project delivery.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends based on project schedules.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with BMC Remedy Change Management tools.
  • ServiceNow experience.
  • Network knowledge, including IP management and DHCP addressing.
