Technical Project Delivery Manager (Engineering)

About the role

Own the execution of engineering projects from first sketch to final handoff. Lead an engineering team, coordinate across functions, and ensure every milestone lands on time, on budget, and to spec.

What you'll do

• Guide and develop engineers; cultivate a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Plan, schedule, and deliver complex projects while managing scope, cost, and timeline.
• Partner with product, operations, and other stakeholders to align objectives and resolve dependencies.
• Approve designs, specifications, and technical documentation with a rigorous review process.
• Identify risks early; implement mitigation tactics to protect outcomes.
• Run status meetings, publish progress updates, and maintain stakeholder visibility.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout all phases.
• Introduce technologies and methodologies that improve quality, velocity, and reliability.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (Master’s a plus).
• 5+ years of project engineering experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong command of project management principles, methods, and tools.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capability.
• Proficiency with engineering software and project management platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
