Seeking for an Technical Project Lead to provide technical leadership and delivery oversight for enterprise application teams. This role involves establishing architecture direction, guiding solution design, and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership for enterprise application teams.
• Establish architecture direction and solution design guidance.
• Translate complex technical concepts for executives and managers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with standards.
• Design and maintain reference architectures and solution designs.
• Lead technical design and code reviews.
• Ensure solutions meet standards for scalability, performance, and security.
• Enforce development best practices, including CI/CD and testing standards.
• Identify technical risks and drive corrective improvements.
• Coordinate environment provisioning and deployment activities.
• Ensure applications follow enterprise security and compliance requirements.
• Mentor engineers and promote continuous learning.

AI-Assisted Development Responsibilities:

• Promote responsible use of AI-assisted development tools.
• Identify AI use cases for requirements analysis, documentation, and code generation.
• Establish secure and compliant AI usage guardrails.
• Track outcomes from AI enablement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience as a Technical Lead, Architect, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of modern architecture patterns.
• Experience leading code and technical design reviews.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and release processes.
• Understanding of enterprise security and compliance principles.
• Experience in technical documentation and executive summaries.
• Ability to mentor engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
