Seeking for an experienced Technical Project Lead to provide technical leadership, architecture direction, design guidance, engineering standards, and delivery oversight for enterprise application teams. This role will partner with Managers, Business Systems Analysts (BSAs), Technical Project Leaders, Architects, engineering teams, and governance stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives, enterprise architecture, security requirements, and platform standards.

Required Skills:

• Lead application teams with technical leadership, architecture direction, and delivery oversight.
• Collaborate with architects to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards.
• Maintain solution designs and technical documentation.
• Conduct code and design reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Identify technical risks and implement improvements.
• Support environment management and deployment coordination.
• Ensure solutions meet security and compliance expectations.
• Stay current on technologies and industry trends.
• Drive AI-assisted development to improve speed and quality.
• Establish secure and compliant AI usage guardrails.
• Track and communicate outcomes from modernization efforts.
• Mentor engineers and promote a culture of excellence.

Expected Deliverables:

• Experience as a Technical Lead or Architect in enterprise applications.
• Ability to communicate technical topics to executive audiences.
• Guide development teams through architecture decisions and implementation patterns.
• Conduct effective code reviews and establish engineering standards.
• Knowledge of modern architecture patterns and security fundamentals.
