Job Description

Position Summary:
Seeking a Technical Project Manager with 5 7 years of experience to lead complex, large-scale projects from planning through delivery. The role will manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder communication across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Define scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria.
  • Manage risks, issues, changes, budgets, and project governance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Provide clear project status updates and drive timely decisions.
  • Ensure projects follow established delivery lifecycle and methodologies.
  • Proactively identify obstacles and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 7 years of project management or consulting experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Experience with large-scale change initiatives and matrix organizations.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Banking, financial services, or software industry experience preferred.
  • PMP certification preferred.
