Technical Project Manager

Location – Atlanta, GA / Charlotte, NC / Raleigh, NC (No Remote)
Pay range - $55/hr. to $60/hr C2C

Project Planning

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
• Create project plans, schedules, and milestones
• Estimate budgets, resources, and effort
• Identify dependencies and risks

Job Responsibilities

This position requires managing enterprise projects for platforms like Enterprise Data Replication Platform (EDRP) and Enterprise Business View (EBV).

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery for data replication from on-prem sources to cloud warehouses ( like Snowflake) and platform modernization initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, risks, budgets, and timelines while ensuring compliance with Truist policies and financial regulations.
• Oversee vendor coordination, status reporting, issue resolution, and value realization for enterprise-scale initiatives in data movement.

Required Skills

• Project Management: PMP or SAFe certification, expertise in Agile/Scrum/Waterfall, Project Management tools - MS Project, Rally; 6+ years experience with complex Data governance related projects.
• Technical Acumen: 1 level deep in Knowledge of data replication Snowflake, Talend, Cloud (AWS/Azure), API
• Medallion architecture.

• Banking Domain: Understanding of financial services data governance, Banking Data processing and EDL tools involved , risk management, and regulatory compliance.
