Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Technical Manager with strong experience in product management, business/system analysis, and technical architecture. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and engineering execution by translating requirements into technical specifications, APIs, and scalable solutions, while driving modern web development and AI-integrated platforms using Java and Spring Boot.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to gather, analyze, and refine requirements
Translate business requirements into:
Technical specifications
REST/API contracts (OpenAPI/Swagger)
Use cases, sequence/flow diagrams, and architecture diagrams
User stories and acceptance criteria
Lead end-to-end solution design with a focus on scalability, security, and performance
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
Drive product roadmap execution and ensure alignment with business goals
Oversee integration of AI/ML capabilities into web and backend applications
Review and guide system design, code quality, and development best practices
Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, UX, and Data teams
Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to continuous improvement
