Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: Boston, MA

Salary: 135K-140K

Responsibilities

Delivery experience with GenAI Agentic AI Java Spring boot projects

Triage and judgment based on project priorities and business impact context

Define and track the overall project plan scope deliverables and milestones

Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders ensuring clear communication of progress risks blockers and delivery timelines

Coordinate with all functional leads Tech Lead Architect ML Engineer QA to ensure on time quality delivery of components

Manage team resourcing task allocation and capacity planning based on priorities and sprint cycles

Drive status meetings reporting dashboards and delivery reviews with project team and business

Maintain risk registers issue logs and change requests proactively addressing challenges to avoid project delays

Ensure all deliverables meet quality compliance and security standards and that handoffs to QA UAT are seamless

Must have experience in growing the account revenue foot print

Must have US Payor healthcare domain knowledge

Technical Leadership & Problem Solving

Strong techno managerial skills

Handson technical troubleshooting jumpin attitude for technical challenges

Subject Matter Expertise SME level capabilities eg Java Spring boot SME
