JOB SUMMARY
The Project Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity and technology consulting engagements. This role owns end-to-end project governance, stakeholder management, and team coordination across service areas such as IAM, Network Security, TVM, OCM, and GRCP. Clients span regulated, high-stakes industries — our PMs bring both structured rigor and startup-level adaptability to every engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for cybersecurity and technology engagements
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and governance frameworks
  • Lead project team meetings, client check-ins, and executive status briefings across industries including Financial Services, Healthcare, and Government
  • Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues; escalate appropriately to program leadership
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and serve as the primary operational point of contact
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams integrating technical cybersecurity delivery, OCM, and program management
  • Report on project health, financials, and milestone progress to leadership and client stakeholders
  • Flex into adjacent responsibilities as needed — agility is expected

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree preferred — equivalent professional experience in project management is welcome
  • 3–5 years of project management experience in consulting, cybersecurity, or professional services
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or equivalent project management tools
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects across technical and non-technical workstreams
  • PMP or CAPM certification is a great to have; Scrum Master or Lean Six Sigma also valued
  • Startup mindset — comfortable building process where none exists and pivoting quickly when priorities shift
