There is also a higher element of quality assurance and organization of multiple tasks, personnel, and client interactions. The Distribution Project Manager manages multiple smaller or a large, "complex" project.Responsibilities:Leads the design on large/complex projectsAssists the Group Manager or BUM in the preparation of scoping documents and feesPrepares Project plan and design input documentationPrepares and reviews / supervises calculations, drawings, specificationsPerforms condition assessments and feasibility studiesRepresents discipline at client meetingsMaintains project documentation, including calculation, project filing, etc.Prepares and presents conceptual / schematic designsResolves RFI'sManages discipline budget, scope and quality improvement / review processDevelops discipline work plan 12. Prepares discipline design basisPerforms Quality Reviews 14.
