About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a large-scale cloud transformation program. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven project management skills, ensuring successful delivery of complex initiatives. This role requires proficiency in Data Engineering, Azure Data Platforms, ETL, Technical Architecture, Agile delivery, project planning, governance, and stakeholder management, with the ability to also step into a Scrum Master (SM) role when needed.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Having an experience in requirements analysis, Data Analysts, ETL, Data Pipeline creations, Enterprise architecture, Azure Data Services. 
  • Define project scope, timelines, and governance frameworks.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including full stack developers, DevOps engineers, and architects.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance across development and deployment activities.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Track project progress, prepare status reports, and present updates to leadership.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in IT project management with a strong technical background.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise cloud transformation programs.
  • Proficiency in Agile delivery methodologies and ability to play the Scrum Master role.
  • Strong expertise in project planning, governance, and stakeholder management.
  • Hands-on understanding of full stack development and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
  • Domain knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
