Technical Project Manager – ERP & Enterprise Systems
Long-Term Contract / Consulting Engagement

What You'll Do
Lead the planning and execution of ERP and enterprise systems projects from initiation through implementation.
Manage ERP-related migrations, integrations, upgrades, enhancements, and modernization initiatives.
Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, and other business functions.
Serve as the primary project liaison between internal stakeholders, technical teams, solution providers, consultants, and third-party vendors.
Translate business objectives into clear project requirements, deliverables, and implementation plans.
Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, dependencies, risks, and issues.
Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
Coordinate ERP integrations with other business applications, systems, and data sources.
Work with technical teams to understand system dependencies, interfaces, data flows, and integration requirements.
Support ERP migration activities, including data migration, testing, validation, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization.
Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, working sessions, and executive updates.
Establish clear communication and reporting processes to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and implementation readiness.
Help establish project governance, documentation standards, and repeatable implementation processes.
Work with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve system performance, processes, and overall ERP utilization.
Support the development of future-state systems strategies and technology roadmaps.

Stakeholder communication
Testing and implementation coordination
Post-go-live support and stabilization
What You'll Bring
7+ years of experience managing technical projects, ERP projects, enterprise applications, or related technology initiatives.
Demonstrated experience managing ERP implementations, migrations, integrations, upgrades, or major enhancement projects.
Strong understanding of ERP environments and how they support core business functions.
Experience working with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, inventory, procurement, or operations systems is highly preferred.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and competing deadlines.
Experience working with both internal technical teams and external implementation partners or vendors.
Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, interfaces, and technical dependencies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with Infor XA is strongly preferred, but candidates with experience managing other major ERP platforms will be considered.
Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, QAD, JD Edwards, Infor, or similar systems is valuable.
