Technical Project Manager (Print & Digital Delivery Transformation)

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive execution for a large-scale Print Migration Program. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and operations, translating strategic initiatives into structured delivery plans and ensuring successful execution across multiple workstreams.
This is a highly visible role responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, and delivering complex transformation initiatives spanning print migration, digital delivery modernization, and platform evolution.
Translate program strategy into actionable roadmaps, timelines, and delivery milestones
Own prioritization and sequencing across multiple teams, balancing dependencies and competing priorities
Lead end-to-end delivery across print migration, e-delivery modernization, and composition platform initiatives
Partner with engineering, QA, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
Serve as the primary owner of delivery timelines, scope decisions, and trade-off management
Define and manage user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria to support execution
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and cross-functional blockers
Maintain IRAAD (Issues, Risks, Actions, Assumptions, Decisions) and drive timely resolution
Provide clear, concise status reporting to leadership on progress, risks, and outcomes
Act as the primary escalation point for delivery challenges and alignment issues
Support change management, stakeholder communication, and release readiness
Ensure adherence to program governance, standards, and delivery frameworks
5+ years of experience in project management, product ownership, or delivery leadership
Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, backlog management, and dependency coordination
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, priorities, and trade-offs in fast-paced environments
Experience working across business, engineering, and vendor teams
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, Aha, Rally, and Microsoft Teams
Ability to translate complex technical and business requirements into clear, executable plans
