We are seeking a driven Technical Project Manager to join our team in our South Burlington, VT office. As a Technical Project Manager at OnLogic, you will manage the development of new industrial and rugged computers, edge systems, and servers. You will be responsible for driving cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring on time delivery of our innovative products. You will oversee all development stages, driving technical quality in electrical, mechanical, and firmware designs, and ensuring all products meet stringent ruggedized design, regulatory compliance, and lifecycle management standards.

Requirements

You'll play a vital role in owning the lifecycle of technical projects, ensuring transparent progress reporting, and fostering strong alignment between our engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders. This role requires a proven ability to keep projects on schedule and within budget, manage risks effectively, and smoothly coordinate with our external vendors and development partners.

Benefits
The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $105,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
