Contract Length: 6 Months (Potential Extension or Conversion)

About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager III to support cutting-edge AI initiatives focused on Speech AI technologies. In this role, you'll partner closely with engineering, research, and cross-functional stakeholders to lead complex technical programs from planning through execution. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has experience working with AI engineering teams, and enjoys driving collaboration across multiple technical organizations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity.
• Manage backup, security and user help system.
• Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.
• Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.
• Provide users with technical support for computer problems.
• Familiarity with AI technology and terminology
• Ability to drive large and complex cross-functional teams
• Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
• Ability to keep information organized and confidential

Qualifications:

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
• Basic knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment and computer hardware and software.
• Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Basic knowledge of computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math or other Engineering discipline
• Experience working with AI engineering teams

Must-Have Skills:

• Background in Speech Ai software development (training, QA’ing etc.)
• Strong organizational skills, ability to coordinate complex projects in a time-compressed environment
• Leadership skills, run meetings with stakeholder/other engineers 

Nice to Have Skills:

• Any Ai in fast tech company or start up
• CS degree, background in AI technology
