- API integrations, microservices, and enterprise architecture concepts.
- Data platforms, reporting, and analytics solutions.
- SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD practices.
- Strong understanding of banking systems, financial products, and regulatory requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities
Program & Project Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale banking technology programs.
- Define program scope, objectives, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, project plans, and status reporting.
- Manage dependencies across multiple teams and projects.
- Ensure timely delivery within schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, architects, compliance teams, and technology partners.
- Communicate program status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive-level presentations.
Banking & Regulatory Initiatives
- Drive programs related to core banking, payments, lending, digital banking and risk management.
- Ensure adherence to banking regulations, compliance, security, and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with risk and compliance teams during project execution.
Technical Leadership
- Partner with solution architects and engineering teams to define technical strategies.
- Support cloud migration, application modernization, API integration, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Monitor technical dependencies and resolve delivery challenges.
Agile Delivery
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and program increment planning activities.
- Track sprint progress, release schedules, and resource allocation.
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
Risk & Governance
- Identify program risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Establish governance frameworks and performance metrics.
- Ensure alignment with PMO standards and organizational objectives.
Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 per year
