Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager with extensive experience delivering enterprise infrastructure initiatives and managing a portfolio of 5–7 concurrent projects. This role operates at both strategic and execution levels, ensuring complex infrastructure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, structured execution discipline, and the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders across regions. This position plays a critical role in driving enterprise modernization efforts across cloud, network, and data center environments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize a portfolio of 5–7 concurrent infrastructure projects while balancing resource allocation and competing timelines.
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise infrastructure initiatives including data center migrations, cloud migrations, and network modernization.
Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards, reporting frameworks, and portfolio visibility tools.
Identify project risks early, proactively drive mitigation strategies, and maintain RAID logs.
Drive milestone-based execution aligned with enterprise PMO standards.
Manage budgets, resource forecasts, vendor coordination, and SOW tracking.
Serve as the primary liaison between infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Translate complex technical initiatives into clear business impact for senior leadership.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Qualifications
Required:
8+ years of project management experience
5+ years managing infrastructure and technical delivery projects
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects (5–7 minimum)
Strong experience in enterprise IT environments (multi-region preferred)
Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
Strong executive presence
Able to work in Mexico
Preferred (Optional):
PMP certification (preferred)
Experience working with global stakeholders (Americas, EU)
Familiarity with ITIL environments
Experience working with outsourced providers
Experience building executive dashboards and portfolio reporting
