Project Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and driven Project Manager to support new product development programs within a fast-growing engineering organization. This position will play a critical role coordinating cross-functional teams, managing program schedules, tracking engineering deliverables, and ensuring successful execution of complex capital equipment projects.
The ideal candidate has experience working with engineering-driven products, change management processes, BOMs, and cross-functional project coordination within a manufacturing, semiconductor, industrial equipment, or high-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Management
Support new product development programs involving multiple engineering disciplines.
Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
Support the full product lifecycle from concept through production release.
Assist with engineering program budgeting and cost tracking.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Serve as a key interface between:
Engineering
Marketing
Operations
Technology Teams
Executive Leadership
Coordinate communication between internal stakeholders and external partners.
Drive alignment across teams to ensure projects remain on schedule.
Resource & Change Management
Support engineering resource planning activities.
Coordinate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and project documentation updates.
Assist with Bill of Material (BOM) management and tracking.
Help identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Project Execution
Drive the development, execution, and completion of complex engineering projects.
Support procurement, manufacturing, and engineering activities throughout project execution.
Ensure project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined and achieved.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor"s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field.
Experience managing or coordinating engineering or technical projects.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Experience with:
Project scheduling
Change Orders / ECOs
BOM management
Cross-functional coordination
Status reporting and project tracking
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, including:
Excel
PowerPoint
Project
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with semiconductor equipment, capital equipment, industrial machinery, or automation systems.
Familiarity with electro-mechanical products including:
Motors
Vacuum pumps
Robotics
Heaters
PLC-controlled systems
Instrumentation
Experience with SAP, ERP, or MRP systems.
AutoCAD or SolidWorks exposure.
Knowledge of product development and engineering workflows.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
