Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program financials, change management, and enterprise PMO practices and a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional delivery across multiple projects and workstreams while driving risk, dependency, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on program financials and funding tracking for initiative-backed work.
  • Support technology leadership with program-wide routines across 3 projects and 10+ workstreams.
  • Coordinate and facilitate key delivery routines including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
  • Plan and manage delivery schedules and inter-team dependencies across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables.
  • Promote effective communication and collaboration across organizations to meet timelines.
  • Gather and deliver status updates to stakeholders and leadership on progress, risks, issues, and schedules.
  • Ensure alignment of execution with deliverable requirements in partnership with sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Track success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards and ePMO expectations.
  • Support resource planning and forecasting for delivery and execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing complex projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Strong financial acumen for program budgeting, funding, and reporting.
  • Expertise in risk, dependency, and change management practices.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations and reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-directed with strong organization and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
  • Project management, change management, PMO, or similar experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge or experience with large-scale ERP systems.
  • Experience partnering with CFO Change, ePMO, or similar enterprise governance functions.
