Technical Project Manager-REMOTE

• We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex gaming operations initiatives, including new system installations, hardware refreshes, upgrades, and multi-site consolidations. This is a remote position for candidates based in Illinois or westward within the United States, with occasional coordination across distributed teams.

  The ideal candidate is a technical project manager with proven experience delivering projects in regulated gaming or casino environments. This role requires strong cross-functional coordination and the ability to manage operational, technical, and administrative workflows, including systems such as SAP and Salesforce.

  Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of gaming operations projects, including system installations, hardware lifecycle management, upgrades, and infrastructure consolidations
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across operations, engineering, vendors, and field teams
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Utilize SAP and Salesforce for project tracking, reporting, inventory management, and workflow coordination
  • Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and maintain project momentum
  • Communicate status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders through reporting and presentations
  • Maintain documentation throughout the full project lifecycle

  Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience in gaming operations
  • Strong knowledge of gaming industry regulations, casino operations, and slot systems
  • Experience with networked systems, infrastructure, and asset/inventory management
  • Proficiency with project management methodologies and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
  • Ability to pass a security background investigation
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to obtain and maintain a gaming license

  Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certification
  • Technical project management experience
  • Direct experience in casino or gaming environments
  • Knowledge of gaming systems, regulations, and slot technologies
  • Experience with server infrastructure, cloud platforms, and networked devices
  • Familiarity with SAP and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools
  • Experience using Salesforce for operational workflows and reporting
