As a key player in our organization, you will guide projects from inception to completion while working with cutting‑edge technologies to deliver lasting results.Key Responsibilities Act as the principal technical and managerial lead for high-priority projects, ensuring alignment with both client and company objectives.Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, including defining project scope, setting deadlines, and ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.Lead project teams by fostering a positive, collaborative environment and mentoring team members to achieve optimal performance.Manage stakeholder expectations, providing clear and effective communication about project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.Lead IT initiatives related to Federal Financials and Budget Formulation, ensuring compliance with government regulations while meeting strategic objectives.Coordinate resources, including internal team members and third‑party contractors, to ensure seamless execution and delivery.Proactively identify project risks and work closely with stakeholders to implement effective mitigation plans.Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, adhering to best practices, company policies, and federal regulations.Qualifications Required Candidate must be a US CitizenSecret security clearance or ability to obtain oneBachelor's degree in Computer Science,, Information Technology, Finance,, MBA, or related fieldPMP certification.5+ years of hands‑on experience in managing IT and software development projects, with a focus on Federal Financials and Budget Formulation.Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to exceed project goals.Strong communication skills to effectively engage with all stakeholders, including senior management and clients.A track record of delivering projects successfully, on time, and within budget.Expertise in systems development, integration, and cloud hosting solutions, with proficiency in .NET and Microsoft Internet Information Services.In‑depth knowledge of federal regulations and compliance requirements related to financial systems.Familiarity with project management tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Trello.U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain Federal Security clearance.Direct experience working with federal agencies, especially in financial management or budget formulation.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and certifications such as Scrum or SaFe.Professional certifications in Agile, SaFe, or Scrum methodologies.Ready to Apply?
