Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: Dallas, Tampa, Boston, or Jersey City - ONSITE 3 days a week.

Rate: $60-65/hr

Job Description:

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager to drive delivery for a high-impact cloud enablement initiative. This is not a traditional PM role focused on reporting and presentations-this is a boots-on-the-ground delivery leader who can push work forward, remove roadblocks, and hold technical teams accountable to timelines. This role requires someone who is solution-oriented, assertive, and highly collaborative, with the ability to navigate complex technical environments and influence stakeholders at all levels.

What You'll Do

  • Lead day-to-day delivery of cloud initiatives, ensuring projects stay on track and aligned to deadlines
  • Act as a hybrid PM/BA-gathering requirements, clarifying solutions, and driving execution with engineering teams
  • Proactively identify risks, blockers, and issues-and drive resolution quickly and effectively
  • Push teams toward outcomes by holding engineers and stakeholders accountable for deliverables
  • Facilitate discussions to reach practical, actionable solutions-balancing technical constraints and business needs
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, expectations, and timelines
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable work items
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments by reading the room and adapting communication style to influence outcomes
  • Support cloud enablement efforts, including migration, implementation, and optimization initiatives

  • Not overly focused on slide decks or reporting-this role is about execution and impact

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5-7+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Business Analyst, or hybrid PM/BA
  • Experience supporting cloud enablement, infrastructure delivery, or enterprise IT initiatives
  • Working knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of cloud service lifecycle and delivery models
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, ServiceNow)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
