Title: Technical Project Manager (TPM)
Locations: Onsite: Atlanta, GA / Minneapolis, MN
Duration: 6+ Months with Possible Extension.
Pay Range: $40 -$48/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

Role Overview:
  • As a Technical Project Manager / Sr. Technical Project Manager, the candidate will support technology projects and be responsible for the successful execution of complex strategic projects using Agile frameworks.
  • These engagements involve communication with senior leadership across multiple divisions and broad scope and are accountable for ensuring the highest quality delivery with emphasis on meeting product/platform deadlines and goals.

  • Building and leading cross-functional project teams
  • Setting expectations
  • Ensuring that the team has the necessary resources and support
2. Product Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and team
  • Ensure the product backlog is well-maintained and prioritized
3. Agile Process Facilitation
  • Ensure Agile frameworks are understood and applied correctly by the team
4. Metrics & Feedback
  • Capture and use Agile metrics and feedback
  • Help the team continuously improve
5. Scope Management
  • Monitor project scope to prevent scope creep
  • Make necessary adjustments
6. Coaching & Mentorship
  • Coach and mentor teams
  • Coach Technical Project Managers and Product Owners
  • Provide training sessions and workshops on Agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban)
 
Basic Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • Knowledge of project management disciplines, methodologies, and tools
Certifications
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks using Scrum and Kanban methodologies
 
Preferred Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
Experience
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • 3+ years of Agile Framework experience
  • 6+ years of Project Management and Agile work experience

Role Description
