E-logic is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the execution of the Office of Personnel Management
(OPM), Office of Inspector General (OIG) BRIDGE data modernization initiative. You will serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and federal stakeholders, managing project baselines, weekly reporting, and Agile sprint schedules. This role will be hybrid in Washington DC area, as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the project baseline, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), milestones, and risks using JIRA and other approved project management software.
- Lead weekly status meetings and coordinate the delivery of Monthly Status Reports (MSR) tracking task execution and CLIN financials.
- Coordinate a smooth 2-month Transition-In phase, driving knowledge transfer from the predecessor contractor through interviews and artifact sharing.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing technical IT/Data projects within an Office of Inspector General (OIG) or closely related federal auditing agency.
- Strong background in the healthcare insurance industry, with exposure to Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHBP) business rules and claim adjudication processes.
- Exceptional proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and project planning using JIRA and MS Project.
