Position Summary
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex, multi-stream enterprise technology programs. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with proven program management and delivery leadership.
The candidate should be an Engineering graduate, preferably with early-career experience as a software developer/engineer, followed by progressive experience in technical project or program management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stream enterprise technology programs.
Manage multiple workstreams, cross-functional teams, dependencies, risks, budgets, and timelines.
Partner closely with engineering, product, architecture, infrastructure, and business teams.
Translate business objectives into clear technical delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
Drive program governance, status reporting, risk/issue management, and executive communications.
Identify and resolve technical and delivery challenges to ensure predictable execution.
Manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment across technical and business teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
PM P certification is required.
Proven experience in technical project/program management within an enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of software develo pm ent and technology delivery processes.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and senior business executives.
U.S.-based candidates.
Qualifications
Prior experience as a software developer/software engineer early in career.
Experience with Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Experience managing cloud, application modernization, data, infrastructure, or other enterprise technology initiatives.
Experience working with distributed teams and third-party technology partners.
Ideal Profile: A technical ly strong Engineering professional who has evolved from software develo pm ent into technical program/project management, with a demonstrated track record of delivering complex enterprise programs.
