Key Responsibilities: Project Management:- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation for multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and support teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Sales Collaboration:- Work closely with sales teams during pre-sales engagements to understand client requirements and deliver technical input.
- Participate in client meetings, product demos, and RFP responses as the technical project expert.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through deep engagement during project implementation.
Client Engagement:- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications during project execution.
- Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and relay feedback to internal teams.
- Ensure a seamless handoff from sales to delivery, maintaining continuity and client satisfaction.
Qualifications: Required:- 5+ years of experience in technical project management or program management.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales engineering, business development, or client-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
