Technical Project/Program Management - Technical Program Manager I

Location: Remote - EST

Salary Range: $65 - $75/hr.

Introduction

The main function of this role is to provide successful definition, implementation, and delivery of complex programs that require cross-functional collaboration and interdependencies across a group of projects and/or related activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)

• Project estimating, project scheduling & tracking, customer interaction, and management.
• Implementation planning in large organizations.
• Proven people management and team-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible/adaptable in a changing environment.
• Prior work experience in the client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required)

• Experience with software development lifecycle.
• Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment.
• Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role)

• Deliver programs within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and budget.
• Manage a group or groups of internal exempt and matrixed employees and contractors.
• Oversight of project scope definition and management, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Facilitate agile squad ceremonies to maintain delivery cadence across concurrent workstreams.
• Coordinate delivery across AI/automation and enterprise support tooling platforms.
